SPARKLING WINES
CORPINNAT
Corpinnat was founded in 2017 out of dissatisfaction with the quality standards
and policies of the cava producers and groups together 9 wine houses from the
top segment of cava
The focus of the new appellation is on organic farming, longer
maturation processes and manual harvesting. The name 'Corpinnat' comes from 'Cor'
the place where 130 years ago the first sparkling wine was produced
and 'Pinnae', which refers to the Penedes region.
Llopart rose brut reserva (Monastrell, Garnacha, Pinot Noir)
Rosé wine with aromas of strawberries, rhubarb and forest fruits.
Minimum 18 months bottle fermentation.
