DISHWASHING

1. Empty: Remove all products from the racks.
2. Scrub: Scrub the racks completely from top to bottom until they are clean (like the photos below).
3. Dry: Make sure the racks are dry and clean.
4. Replace: Put all products back in the same way they were organised.

Also don't forget to scrub the racks that the boats are stored on.

Manual: Cleaning the Machine

This is mandatory after every shift. This ensures that the next colleague does not
face any surprises the following day.

1. Remove parts
• First remove the secondary parts from the machine.
2. Clean the part with dirt
• On the left is the part that catches all the dirt in the machine.
• Clean this thoroughly with a sponge.
3. Clean the lid
• Clean the lid on both sides, as shown in the photo.
4. Rinse the machine
• Once both parts are clean, give the machine a quick rinse.
5. Replace the parts
• Put everything back the way you took it out.
