DISHWASHING
- Empty: Remove all products from the racks.
- Scrub: Scrub the racks completely from top to bottom until they are clean (like the photos below).
- Dry: Make sure the racks are dry and clean.
- Replace: Put all products back in the same way they were organised.
Also don't forget to scrub the racks that the boats are stored on.
Manual: Cleaning the Machine
This is mandatory after every shift. This ensures that the next colleague does not
face any surprises the following day.
- Remove parts
- First remove the secondary parts from the machine.
- Clean the part with dirt
- On the left is the part that catches all the dirt in the machine.
- Clean this thoroughly with a sponge.
- Clean the lid
- Clean the lid on both sides, as shown in the photo.
- Rinse the machine
- Once both parts are clean, give the machine a quick rinse.
- Replace the parts
- Put everything back the way you took it out.
